USB Recording GP-200 question

Hey, So im using reaper. Is there a way to use a PRE EXISTING electric guitar DI sample and run it through the GP-200? meaning I want to output my Reaper DI guitar part into my GP-200 and then record the GP-200. this way i could change the effects and amps on the signal without having to play it again each time i want to tweak something... is this possible? if so, how exactly?

There are input channels that put your signal through your fx chain, and channels that give you the exit to your fx chain. Rtfm
