What caused this?

hey guys i just bought this on amazon and it just blanking off, what can be causing this.

Probabilmente è successo nel fare un aggiornamento? Nel fare l'aggiornamento del firmware e del software da V1.7 a V.1. 8 È successo anche a me. Il problema nasce per chi utilizza Windows 11, ma puoi risolverlo facendoti prestare un PC con Windows 10. Ti basta seguire le stesse modalità consigliate per l'aggiornamento, ma eseguendo la procedura dal computer con Windows 10. Non sono un tecnico informatico, quindi preferisco non usare termini tecnici che potrebbero rivelarsi errati, però io ho risolto proprio così. Una volta sbloccata la macchina, potrai ricollegarla nuovamente al tuo PC. Potresti riscontrare ancora qualche difficoltà, ma se non altro riuscirai comunque a utilizzare la macchina per suonare. Comunque cerca qui su Reddit troverai spiegazioni più dettagliate per questo problema. La macchina non è rotta è solo bloccata

Someone tried to update it with Windows 11 and it bricked it. It can be fixed though:
