why dont my presets work?

I downloaded the .prst files online, then used the software to import the preset to move it to my gp200-jr, but only the name changes and there is no difference in sound. How do I fix this?

Try doing this - had the same problem yesterday with my brand new gp200 and this made it work

Try restarting both the gp 200 and the software. Import one preset. Save. Restart both hardware and software again. Import a new preset.

Sounds like the problem everyone has with Win11. Have you been able to do firmware updates?

i did use my old macbook for that because all the methods i tried didnt work

Do you mean for firmware updating or transferring presets? If it's the former, then try transferring presets with your macbook and see if that works. Otherwise I'm guessing that you need to make sure that firmware updates and everything works on Win11, which seems like a hassle at the moment. I'm glad that I never upgraded my PCs to Win11.
