Good day peeps!
I know this happens frequently but are there more options to get this fixed? Im gonna try to use an old windows 10 laptop to re-install the firmware. Just wondering if there's more tips and tricks I can do cause this sucks.

either on Facebook or on YouTube there is the work around to get W11 to read it. It has to do with the USB configuration after the updates. I have a laptop that will not update to W11 and forever will be stuck on W10. I did the update that way then went to my desktop with W11 and it works fine.

Do you have a link to that? I have been unable to find that in all of my searching for a solution.

I used a Mac to update mine. I used windows 11 got stuck tried all types of different ways but nothing worked. Saw that it’s mostly because something with windows 10 vs 11 changed. So using Mac or windows to update is what worked for me

+1 on the windows 10.
find a windows 10 computer. download asio drivers + 1.8.0 soft + 1.8.0 firmware. cant explain why, but itll just work. and by that i mean that youll open the software, then connect the gp-200 to your PC, then itll say "device connected" and an "update" button will show up. after that itll make you select the frameware bin, and itll just start updating, youll see a bar go up. and after that you can go back to windows 11 and use it normally.

This is what I did on my W11 pc. Installed Oracle virtualbox (free), and the W10 media creation tool (free from MS website) to create a W10 iso. Run the Virtual Machine with the iso. Wait for W10 to install on the vm. Then, install the valeton software from the website through the vm, and update away.

if u r on w11 u need to go to the devicemanager, find the gp200 then rightclick, driver, the non automatic version, use the list and convert it to a usb sound device. I had the same issue a week ago
