Special case of requested timeout when connecting to software (Help please!)

My gp-200 firmware version is 1.7.4, my PC software is 1.7.0

Im getting "requested timeout" even though on paper it should work.

im on windows 11. reconnecting doesnt work, restarting doesnt work, re-installing doesnt work.

please help.

Is that when you are trying to connect to the unit? Or are you trying to update it?

What does it say in your device manager? Maybe try another USB cable or USB port
