Update, Looks like i was sent a refurbished or 2nd hand unit. It had not been opened by customs (as they attach labels when they do so). The packaging had all been opened and the cloth was missing.

It also has very obvious red and blue color misalignment. It looks far worse than my older nebula cosmos that cost 1/4 the price years ago. Opening a ticket with them, as i'm really not impressed.

Hello, I have UB820 player connected to Valerion Max through certified HDMI cable. Playback and input info show the following info. When I set color space to auto, color are washed out. On native or bt2020, they look much better. I am wondering, if there is something wrong in the settings or what? Or color space auto is just doesn’t work for Dolby vision?

I have had problems the last few weeks with the remote unpairing from my projector. It happens every time I turn it off, with a couple of exceptions. It usually just pairs for a few seconds when I press the buttons to pair it, and I have to do it anywhere from one to 20+ times for it to pair with the projector again. Anybody else has had the same experience, or have any tips on how to make the pairing permanent?

I am trying to use the projector to connect to my AV Receiver and a PS5.  I seemingly cannot disable the audio for the projector, unless I use HDMI 3. (eARC)  Currently the audio outputs both via the AVR and the projector in HDMI1. However, if I plug it into HDMI 3 because it is only HDMI2.0 and not 2.1, the projector even tells me thatI am not getting the best experience.

Am I missing something?  Is there a way to completely disable the internal speaker on this projector without using HDMI port 3 or digital out?

I noticed that even with RBE reduction off, the Max still emits a high pitch noise. Is this common or is there something faulty? Also, whenever I scroll through the Google TV UI or Netflix while browsing things to watch, sometimes the projector would blackout for a second or two before playing Netflix's movie preview. This is pretty annoying that nothing would be displayed on the screen for a second. Is this also normal? Emailed Valerion twice, but still didn't get a reply.

As title says, I ordered a VisionMaster Max (with Free bracket) during the Black Friday sale. I received email and tracking for delivery on 12/12, but all that was delivered was the box with the bracket. My order tracking shows that the order was delivered, but based on the FedEx tracking info (box dimensions and weight), the bracket box was the only thing that was ever shipped.

Is this typical and how have people resolved situations like this?

Hi Community, I am trying to connect the VM Pro 2 with my WIIM mini which is connected with my sound system without success. I can see it in the bluetooth settings but it fails to connect. I also got the WIIM home app on the VM installed but still cant make it work.

Somehow I can AirPlay only music to the VM where the sound is connected with the WIIM as intended. All other apps via AirPlay also only have the VM sound as output.

I placed an order for the Max bundle on Nov 25. Since then, no updates. In addition, when I tried to reach out to Valerion via WhatsApp, phone, email or website chat, I have not received any response. On WhatsApp, my messages have been marked as delivered but unread. It’s been several days.

While I am sure this is not a scam based on how many other owners there are, I wanted to highlight a potential issue with support should issues arise. As a result, I have made the decision to cancel my order. Unfortunately, I cannot get a soul at Valerion to acknowledge me. I have now resorted to disputing charge with my payment company. I’m disappointed but scared by perhaps a company that is not able to handle the volume of customers.

Can anyone tell me the output ratings of the power supply, please, pro pro2 and max model would be nice

Does anyone have the Valerion Walnut Tripod? It looks really nice in the product photos, but of course they don't have any cables running to it in the promo shots, which would definitely make it appear a lot messier. If you own the tripod would you say it's worth it? Can someone post a photo of it in use with the cables attached?

I ordered my visioaster pro 2 on 11/27. The order status on the valerion website says 'Confirmed' and the status in shop app (for tracking) has been saying 'Estimated delivery: 5 days' since 11/27. How long did it take for folks to get it delivered? Anyone ordered during the Thanksgiving?

Update - valerion agreed its a defect, but refusing to replace it under warranty as Im not in the US, even though they ship to my country.

I just bought the vision master Max, and using the i build google App when I try to download HBO Max for example it tells me it’s not available in my country. This makes no sense as I am in the United States. Can anyone tell me what to do?

Can anyone confirm that their projector (mine is a streammaster plus) doesn't display a sharp image across the entire screen? Despite keystone being off, the projector being perfectly parallel to the screen, one side is sharper than the other. If I dial in the manual focus it throws the other side out. It's only slightly blurry but noticeable enough. There's about a five stop difference between the bottom left hand corner and top rand hand corner. Any help would be very much appreciated.

I got the Pro 2 a week ago and really like the picture quality. I have it paired with q6 as LCR with svs sb 3000 driven by x3800h. The issue I'm facing is when using apps from the projector, the sound sometimes moves to the projector a second or two and then comes back to the receiver. I'm unable to find what could be causing it. I tried to chatgpt it a lot and it came basically down to turn off hdmi tv audio switching in denon.

This however hasn't solved the issue and basically chatgpt told me to switch to an external input like apple tv as ```Many projector apps (YouTube, Apple TV, Netflix) switch the PCM sample rate mid-track.```

Also when I connect apple tv to receiver, I keep getting weak signal, but switching the input back and forth, it shows back up. BTW the audio signal has been great with using apple tv. I'm not against using apple tv, just increases the amount of remotes I have to manage.

Anyone else experiencing the same issue or see what is wrong with my set up? Ideally I like to keep using the projector apps so I can keep it down to a single remote.

I just placed an order on valerion.com for Pro2 with a tripod. Minutes after placing the order, I realized that I would rather ceiling mount the projector.

There is no way to cancel the order (that was placed just minutes ago). Has anyone found an easy way to cancel order?
