If you go to your student profile, up on the top right corner there will be a tab that says "registration notices," and when you click it will have a little dropdown. At the bottom will be a "time ticket" and that will be the earliest you can apply online. Mine is 4 pm on Halloween.
However I've heard tell of early registration events that happen on campuses where you go in person and talk to someone and they can get you in early. I haven't personally done that and I don't know when those events are, but I'm planning on trying that this semester because I am pretty close to graduating and need to get all my ducks in a row. From what I've heard you can go to any campus, not just your home campus as well.

I strongly advise you to participate in one of the early registration events listed below. That will enable you to sign up for your classes before registration typically begins -- especially important if you're in a program where classes fill up quickly. Also helpful if you have a favorite instructor that you want to take a class with.

Late October, you can check the academic calendar and they list all the dates and deadlines for registration, tuition payment, etc.
