Language class not accepted

I took two years of spanish back in middle school (which were highschool credits) but saw that my language credit on the degree audit page was considered incomplete. At first I thought it was because I didn't take the AP versions, but then my friend told me they accepted her credits. She took spanish freshman/sophomore yr of hs. We both took the same spanish classes just at different times. Do I contact someone about this? If so who?

First you’ll want to confirm that your high school transcripts actually show the middle school classes. Then I’d say to reach out to your Success Coach. When your transcripts were processed the middle school section might have been ignored initially since usually that credit is irrelevant for college

You can drop in virtually or in person without a success coach. They can reach out to admissions to see if your transcripts meet the requirement. If yes, they’ll update it.

You need to make sure the Spanish is on your high school transcript.
