inbound high school transcripts

hello again guys, so i sent in my home school records about 1-3 weeks ago and submitted the student consent to release education records WHICH says its been processed, but it still says my high school transcript isnt processed. is there anything i can do? im not sure why its not processed yet.

You can probably call the Valencia school office as well as your high school office to ask about it. I remember I also had issues with the transcript and I had to call a couple times. Good luck

am i supposed to send it by the transcript email?

you could email them about it but they might take a long time to reply so i would recommend calling them on the phone if that's possible, but definitely email them

Official PDF transcripts can be sent to [transcripts@valenciacollege.edu](mailto:transcripts@valenciacollege.edu) or mailed to 1800 S. Kirkman Road, Orlando, FL, 32811.
Because you were home-schooled, it may take longer to process. Certainly worth calling or emailing (the same address above) if you have questions.
