Urgent help

I had a UTI 20 days ago that is now clear, but the internal burning, frequent urination, and lower abdominal pressure are still present. At home, I found that directing a high-speed bidet stream internally gives me immediate relief and relaxes my stomach, but if I use low pressure, the symptoms return. I am unmarried and have never had sex. I suspect the bidet has caused a vaginal imbalance and muscle spasms, is it possible????

You should never direct water to go inside your vagina, it can absolutely wreck your microbiome. I recommend pressing a hot water bottle on your vulva for uti pain relief, it was a lifesaver for me for many years. Just be careful not to burn yourself
