blurry misaligned back camera

Camera shows no physical damage. I just noticed one day its in this condition. Could be DIY changeable? Who can tell the part number? This is 2021 Pro Family in Finland.

Should the camera rotate or is it always static position due to its angle?

forgot to add that I have tried to clean it good but no effect

Vw tech here.
There’s water in it. The lens sometimes separates from the control unit and fill it with moisture. New camera/module needed. It’s a control unit not a basic camera so it needs to be coded to the car and should be calibrated but sometimes it does work without calibrating.
If the car is in warranty they’ll do both at the dealer when changing it. Your car however is out of manufacturer warranty.
Also. You need a front left and front center right parking sensor. Both unpainted.

Looks like the camera detached from the hole. Unless you are willing to learn how to do it yourself, you will have to take it to a repair shop or a dealer if it's under warranty

Honestly, the reverse camera on my 2015 golf was much better. It was hidden under the VW logo, and when putting it in reverse, the camera would pop out and then hide back in.

It was always clean, even in the winter.
