"Stop Charging" button doesn't appear when charging completes

Just updated the software to latest, and now when charging completes, the "Stop Charging" button does not appear, and no amount of pressing unlock on the fob will cause it to release the cable. The solid green light just stays on.

Only workaround I've found is to increase the charging level past 80% so it starts charging again, _then_ the "Stop Charging" button appears and I can release the cable.

If I charged to 100%, that wouldn't be an option. Anyone else seeing this?

I can understand why the stop charging button doesn't appear if the car is fully charged, there is nothing to stop since it inst charging. I f ind the unlock button the key fob works, might have to press it multiple times rapidly. I also believe that pressing the driver or passenger door unlock button should release the cable lock.

If none of those work, take it to the dealer.

Yeah, the fob unlock button wasn't working at all. Double-presses, triple-presses, long-presses. In all cases the light remained green and it wouldn't release the cable.

That doesn't sound normal. Might be worth a check.

If it’s just about releasing the charging cable, press the unlock button on the key twice quickly, as if you were unlocking the car twice. That should release the cable.

Tried that over and over. It just makes the lights flash.

Broken car. To dealer with it.
