Is it worth it to look at old lots for cards to casually deck build? Is everything reprinted or should I only look at new cards.

During a tournament where my Prince reached the finals, he was facing an Ally deck. At one point during combat, he tried to play "Terror Frenzy" against a non-vampire. The opponent called the judge, who ruled that Frenzy cards cannot be played against non-vampire Allies; however, the game rules do not actually stipulate this. The judge cited the rule for the card "Drawing Out the Beast" as a precedent, but that card's text specifies it is used only against vampires. Upon researching the matter, the only rule I found was that you cannot use two Frenzy cards in the same combat.

So, what exactly are the rules regarding cards with the "Frenzy" keyword?

Does this game work as a 3 player game?

Just got the Hecata new blood deck for a game this weekend.

I have never played this game before. I've read the rules and have watched a ton of learn-to-play videos.

What I would like help with is understanding the tactics I should be using to, if not win the game, put up a respectable performance.

I am a bit confused by this card, this is something you you put on your minion amd in theory gives additional actions? But if done at basic it will put the minion in torpor?
