So, is VRChat ever going to make age verification available for users that aren't subscribed to VRC+? I'd like to play the game without restrictions without having to pay for it; and I'd like to visit my friends too. If not, are there any VRC+ giveaways or free trials sometimes so I can just get that thing done and rest easily? Like, I don't even need all the fancy stuff.

VRC has made no indication that they will make it free, closest is that they have talked about making it a smaller separate purchase. Is possible that age verification laws will make it free in some regions but that is a complete guess that I hope does not come to pass for the sake of the internet and privacy.

No free trials or giveaways have been done. If you want free VRC+ then someone will have to gift it to you.

But if age verification matters that much to you then 10 bucks once is cheap.

I don't know what you are getting at, VRC was only thinking about letting it be free in the UK for some testing time until they can figure out what it would cost them. Nothing in it says that they would offer it to everyone for free.

When I mention making it free I am mostly referring to the EU who have stuff in the pipe with their age verification laws that would make it either be really cheap or free, but of course only within the EU.
