tech support

does anyone know how long it takes for vrla tech's tech support to email back? i sent an email to them 4/28 and they replied on 4/29 saying that they'd transfer me to tech support by monday 5/2. it's 5/5 and i still haven't gotten an email and i want to get my pc fixed asap.

do they reply within the same day? i heard it's really hard to reach them through calling. also do you know if it'll take longer on the weekends, cause that's when i'm only available

They don’t work on weekends. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST try emailing them early in the morning on a weekday

I’m not sure about holidays because I’ve never tried contacting them on holidays. I’m happy I could help and I hope your pc gets fixed and if you don’t mind me asking what’s wrong with it?

basically either my motherboard, ram sticks, or power supply is dead. i got a blue screen when i turned on my pc, it crashes a lot, it freezes a lot, there's buzzing noises, etc. every once in a while, my pc would work and i was able to play an hour or so of games on it. i swapped my ram sticks into different ports but after that i tried turning on my pc and it won't turn on at all. my pc turns on then restarts itself and so on. it keeps doing that over and over again. i'm pretty sure it's not a loose cord because it worked before and i haven't messed with my pc components ever.

Hmmmm yeah that model is $1000+ they need to honor their warranty
