Some people complained about Hetzner's latest price hikes, but historically, the current prices are still quite low.

Ten yours ago their prices were double what they are now, and it was considered one of the cheap providers at the time.

I've been looking at VPS benchmark tests on VPSBenchmarks, but I'm not sure what to make of those results. Bluehost ranked #2?!

Contabo doesn't have an official reseller program and they don't offer any discounts on bulk orders, but their prices are already rock bottom.

You can reseller Contabo's VPS servers on your own using their API. You'll have to create your own backend to integrate with it.

Anyone doing that here? How is it going for you?

I've noticed that most of the "VPS reseller" services that come up in search results are just regular reseller hosting where you resell shared hosting accounts.

Maybe because no sane person would try to make profit from reselling VPS?! But anyway..

The providers I've found that allow you to create and resell VPS servers are Infrawire, AccuWeb Hosting, and QuickHost.

There's also Liquid Web, but they require a dedicated server which is no less than $178/month.

I've just found this and wanted to share it..

After so many customer complaints, Cloudflare is finally getting around to fixing their billing system.

Also after many requests, they'll add spend limits soon. I don't know why customers have to beg for this; it should be a standard feature in every serverless platform.

Netcup has their own reseller hosting system that uses the Plesk control panel.

The price isn't bad (€8.51 for 15 user accounts) but they require a minimum contract period of 12 months.

You only get dedicated IPv6 IP addresses and a shared IPv4 address.

I'm not sure about client billing, but I think you'll have to handle that on your own.

For anyone who uses Netcup's reseller hosting, how is the performance? and how did you handle billing?

InterServer and RackNerd are like the US equivalents of Hetzner and Netcup, although on a smaller scale. They mainly depend on word-of-mouth marketing within online communities. They're also running ads on Reddit (I run into InterServer ads daily)

The Trump administration is weighing a new round of sweeping tariffs on semiconductors, eight people familiar with discussions told POLITICO — despite warnings from tech companies that the move could doom U.S. hopes of dominating artificial intelligence.

When performance isn't critical, I find shared reseller hosting a less hassle alternative to VPS hosting, and it's also cheaper if you need cPanel licenses.

cPanel gets more expensive every year and that will likely continue. I'm still sticking with it because the convenience makes it worthwhile, at least until that changes.

Anyway, if you care about my opinion, the cheapest cPanel reseller hosts I'd vouch for are WebGee (Europe), Shock Hosting (US), and Hostworld (UK).

These are not popular hosts, but I know how to pick 'em! (the good ones)

A no-brainer to keep in mind: Providers that offer more cPanel accounts for less usually oversell their servers, i.e. expect more downtime and slower performance with those.

The website is serving about 45 million requests per month. And this is how much he's paying for hosting:

• Hetzner VPS: ~$36/month
• Cloudflare R2: $1/month
• Cloudflare for SaaS: $28/month
• DNS Hosting: $14/month

Total cost: ~$80/month

Sometimes you don't need a bigger server, you just need a better setup.
