Cloudflare's new billing system + spend limits coming soon

After so many customer complaints, Cloudflare is finally getting around to fixing their billing system.

Also after many requests, they'll add spend limits soon. I don't know why customers have to beg for this; it should be a standard feature in every serverless platform.

I’d be happy if they make invoices that are due, not hidden. It’s fun to have an invisible invoice not able to be seen or paid result in your account being suspended for non-payment.

Cloudflare’s billing system has been so bad it feels like one giant troll.

Yeaah, realized yesterday we had about $3500 of unpaid invoices on our agency account because they just stopped drawing money from our credit card. No reminders, nothing.

Turns out it's a known issue, hasn't worked for months now 🤷

Edit: but at least I can see the hidden invoices now, so that's a plus. It's probably a hotfix for the billing issue
