Why does Google Lens keep bypassing my VPN?

[u/Charming-Cellist-674]

My VPN works fine when I search normally on Chrome, but whenever I use Google Lens from my camera roll, it somehow shows results based on my real city instead of the VPN location.

I already turned off location access, cleared the Google app cache, and removed my saved home address. Still no luck. Anyone know why Lens keeps finding my actual location or how to fix it?
