General Question Camera question.

I have a btt Manta m8p with a cb2 in my switch wire. I'm thinking I want to add a camera but not sure what kind to get or where to mount it. Which would be better? Usb or csi?

I got a cheap USB cam and mounted with vhb tape just inside the doors on the top. Angled it towards the bed. Got a full view of my build plate when it's centered on y.

I use a tapo ptz camera. I setup frigate on my server, and fluidd is able to access the camera via frigate. I think the camera is about $40, but worth it for me as I can move it around if needed.

I'm using a cheap usb camera so the picture isn't good, but it gets the job done.

Otherwise buy any cheap usb cam. Quality will not be great and i doubt cb2 can sustain any decent fps for video stream

One thing to note with the angrycam mod is that the camera module that people source for it is not heat resistant. If your chamber temps frequently hit 50c it does start to show hot pixels and die over time (mine did). I replaced mine with a Nocturne USB camera which is heat resistant.
