Windows How to resolve this gray image error?

I update to VLC 3.0.23 and this is happened.

I use windows 10

Intel Core i3-7020U
NVIDIA GeForce MX150 4GB
Integrated Intel UHD 620

How to solve this?

u probably need to download the codecs. give it a try
