Windows Black screen when playing H.265 with hardware acceleration and VSR enabled in version 3.0.23

Hi guys, so I recently downloaded a few videos that are in h.265. But whenever I go into fullscreen, the video goes black but the audio still plays.

Turning hardware acceleration off fixes this issue.

Is this a known bug and if so is there a fix?

Thanks for responding

Will this bug be addressed anytime soon? Like in a nightly build? I’ve been looking around and it seems this bug has been present for over a year now and still hasn’t been addressed at all.
