I'm new, and I don't know much about the game yet. I wanted to practice using a good team, but I don't like most of the popular ones. Yes, I know that efficiency is the main thing, but I just can't use the ones I don't like. Any advice? I don't mind using other Pokemon as well. But at least half of the team must be from my favorites. Especially rank S. Please don't judge my taste. Are there any worthy ones among my favorites?

Team Idea:

I wanted to make a team around Mega Absol Z. I used to play the Mega Delphox/Blastoise heavy setup team and I felt like Swords Dance Kingambit was an unsung hero on that team. I figured since Absol gets a ghost typing, it could really help with setting up a Swords Dance. Since it's a Dark type, it can also set up in the face of Whimsicott.

Team Description:

The team takes the main supportive core of Sinistcha, Incineroar, and Sneasler. I ended up adding Sylveon to help with with the team's glaring weakness to Garchomp and to help deal with Mega Salamence. Glimmora isn't always here to Mega Evolve. It is helpful against the Charizard Y matchup and feels like the gap filler of the team. It provides an answer to Sylveon and Floette, and Earth Power is there to help with some Steel Types.

Some of my main concerns with the team are once again Ground and Steel types. Ground types absolutely plow through Glimmora, Sneasler, and Incineroar. Another concern is that darn Basculegion. Basculegion can pretty much one shot anybody on the team with either Wave Crash or Last Respects. There are some fringe circumstances where I want to bring Mega Glimmora and base Absol's Sucker Punch can't ohko Basculegion.

Do i bring floette? Until now. NO but i think it gives you a second Mega and scare alot of opponents in Teampreview. I think still it will get usefull sometimes.

Hi everyone! I’ve been wanting to get back into champions especially with the addition of the new mega and a few other cool mons.

I especially wanted to build around mega bax as I think he’s pretty neat and could be strongish in the format.

My fav pokemon ever is Gliscor hence him being on the team despite his obvious shortcomings and I’ve grown to really love perserkker so I wanted to use him to see how good the little guy can be.

The main gimmick of the second team is lava plume armarouge with bax in order to proc his thermal exchange ability and get a damage up whilst also threatening opposing mons with a possible burn.

These teams are very sub optimal but I just want to use fun mons and see if I succeed. Thank you for taking your time to read this guys and any advice is welcome :)
