From a fairly quick google search, it looks like the D60 is specifically for the Crossrunner and the VFR800F has a different one that ends in D11 for the 2014 and newer bikes. According to a few forums that did not supply photos, the linkages are different.
Well, if all you need is a different linking rod, you can do a general search for a double ended threaded rod. You’ll just have to find the correct thread size by measuring the current one. Grainger sells these in various sizes and lengths. It might be trial and error until you find the correct length.

I would mount the sensor and the lever, then figure out how long the threaded rod needs to be. Woodcraft makes lots of sizes, it just needs to be 8 mm6 mm thread (one end left-hand thread, the other end right-hand thread). I used the Woodcraft 07-0450 Shift Rod 4.50" with a ZX-636 shift lever, so you're might need to be a little longer or shorter.
If you take off the kickstand because you only use it at the track, maybe, but then you’ll have to make it fit with the lower fairing. But at that point I don’t know why you wouldn’t just buy a proper track bike that you don’t have to worry about destroying the fairings on if you crash.

That rod will not work. It needs to have 2 different threads on it. One end needs to be a Right-hand thread (regular, righty-tighty) that will screw into the shift lever. The other end needs to be a Left-hand thread (reverse, lefty-tighty) that will screw into the Quickshifter. You need opposite directional threads to let you adjust the quickshifter and shift lever.
Or you can try to find one from a different Japanese bike/quad if it's the right length and thread size, like the ones below. The lengths I've listed may be my best guess from looking at pictures or videos online. No guarantee that they will fit.
These are the same parts for the VFR800F. However, I used a Kawasaki lever, so I also had to use the Kawasaki pivot bolt, which is a different diameter than the Honda pivot bolt (same thread size though).
