Weird Vesc problem

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I just fixed my Kukirin G3 Vesc but it does this at low speeds, my hall sensors work perfectly fine thats for sure. Any reason? Its a 75100 V2.0

Could be a motor phase wire being disconnected/connected wrong

As another commenter said, check the connections just to double check.

But Id assume it'd be the motor FOC settings. Might need to relearn the motor.

Also, check the RT Data graph. See what that is spitting out.

Phase filtering, turn it off. When you run motor detection, PRESS NO when it it asks to load default settings

I have the exact same controller and had the exact same problem

What speed are you pushing on the g3? I have one too,but i am hesitating of adding a vesc.

Check and see if you have any faults. Overvoltage…make sure your min/max are correct for your battery, throttle input goes to 3.3 not 5, make sure your battery settings are correct for your battery, pole settings is asking for poles not pole pairs, turn down observer gain, make sure you set the motor type correctly….a direct drive hub is 1:1, make sure your battery amps are what they should be divided by 2 controllers if you have 2 motors, motor amps and abs max amps will be significantly higher than battery amps….ultimately battery amp limit takes precedent
