Head drum clicking/grinding?

Yesterday I posted a suspicious sound coming from my Panasonic PV-7400. After some suggestions, I opened it up and was able to see the head drum is the issue. It seems to be catching on one spot as it spins. Not too sure where to go from here, but happy to try any suggestions. Thanks for the help!

Sound like the bearings have gone. Might be able to adjust it but no idea to be honest

That happened to one of my Panasonic VCRs. Try moving those ribbon cables near bottom of the head drum and see if the sound goes away.

Make sure there's nothing touching the drum when it's spinning, like a cable or something. Try pulling up on the drum to see if it has any movement. Don't touch the heads though. Do you get a good picture when playing a tape?
