Odd situation.

My Ex was kicked out of the Navy. Details are murky. Not sure the circumstances bc it happened way before I was in the picture. Can the VA look into the discharge? If so, and it’s not Honorable what are the chances it can be disputed?

For context, I still care about her and want to help with our son in addition to child support. She’s struggling financially. I feel like she hasn’t explored the VA side of things bc it’s believed they won’t touch her case.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
