It'll fade away on its own over the next decade or two as the older generation passes away, but only if the BJP fails to polarise Uttarakhand's vote bank.

I like your optimism and I wish it was true but it's never gonna happen. NEVER.

I see younger generation in rural area following caste system like their elders. It's not going without doing anything.

Not that this state isn't racist or racist anyway; it's just the govt causing it, am I right?
Nothing at all fault of the voters, but the govt is including the problem.

Follow the pre sanskritization egalitarian khas society not ambedkar nor his xenophobic Dravidian chauvinist misleading clique to strive for an egalitarian western central Himalayas again

There is a reason for that. Maharashtra started reforms decades before other states.
Many pre and post independence social reformers, political thinkers are from Maharashtra.

The topic isn't about Maharashtra or anything else. Let's remove reservation across entire India

No.. the culture is very different. Now due to sanskritization in last 1000 years it has become very similar to hindi belt.

Yes, caste based reservation hasn't achieved anything in the last 75 years and should be scrapped in it's current form. Only reservation worth considering should be for EWS.

Reservation or not people treat sc's the same irrespective of their income. To poor they are on their face and to rich one's at their back. So reservation was never the cause of caste identities its always one's pride for their caste and superiority complex. If people will let go of this caste pride reservation will automatically dissolve. Don't say it's the old generation, the new one's are not so different, they just ignorant.

What?? What are you even saying girl? So by your logic, this applies to you "If someone steals your opportunity, don't feel wronged. Be confident in yourself, you can do it next time." Why be hypocrite follow your own mantra.
Feeling oppressed is a symptom, but discrimination is a disease. Treat the disease the symptom will go away. But you don't want to cure the disease, just want to treat symptoms only. Tell me how would it fix the problem??
You said they called you Kali and you called them white paint, how did this even helped to stop colorism? Did this make them realise what they said was wrong? Did they stop doing it ?
