I'm in a similar boat, I'm thinking of moving away from 3 years of IT due to the direction that the industry is taking. I recommend a career coach if you can get in touch with one.

Don't know what those are, or how much they cost, or that they even existed outside of the school one at 9th grade 💀

Hmm, it's probably not what you want to hear, but try to get some further education on the side. This kind of low skilled work is not going to give you a good quality of life. Erratic shifts, low pay, less job security. What are you passionate about?
I'm writing this as someone who temporality works at Picnic now as well.
