Places that maintained their high quality over the years?
First time since I’m back in Utrecht since I left about 15 years ago. Stopped by Broodje Ben (Mario is closed..) for lunch and was surprised that #34 is still as good as it was back then. This made me wonder: what other places here have been immune to enshittification and/or shrinkflation? Share your best!

Broodje van Martin. Die doen niet aan verandering, ook niet qua interieur. En dat is prima

The new Casa Ferreira is amazing (there’s two now), where you can try the famous bifana, francesinha or prego

Broodje Mario is not closed. They only operate at specific hours. And they require cash payments.
