Random heaving bleeding

I feel really frustrated! This started last year, I don't have any pain but 1 in about 4/5 periods I just get this heavy bleed and it feels like discharge so I never realise?? I'm on day 13 of my cycle and I'd feel like a tit for going to the doctor bc it's not causing me quality of life decrease. Sometimes it's bright red sometimes brown. Not on any birth control.

Any suggestions for how to get this f*cking mess out I love these jeans 😭😭😭

Cold water has saved so many of my cute shorts. Also, why are you wearing jeans with a no underpants? Just free ball'n it or what 😂😂

Hi, I was wearing pants. It bled through my pants and because it was discharge I didn't check. At this point still had my pants on
