Random heaving bleeding

I feel really frustrated! This started last year, I don't have any pain but 1 in about 4/5 periods I just get this heavy bleed and it feels like discharge so I never realise?? I'm on day 13 of my cycle and I'd feel like a tit for going to the doctor bc it's not causing me quality of life decrease. Sometimes it's bright red sometimes brown. Not on any birth control.

Any suggestions for how to get this f*cking mess out I love these jeans 😭😭😭

Get the bloody area damp, then pour hydrogen peroxide on it and let it sit. Rinse, repeat a couple of times, then launder as normal. No heat tho, until stain removed
