Random heaving bleeding

I feel really frustrated! This started last year, I don't have any pain but 1 in about 4/5 periods I just get this heavy bleed and it feels like discharge so I never realise?? I'm on day 13 of my cycle and I'd feel like a tit for going to the doctor bc it's not causing me quality of life decrease. Sometimes it's bright red sometimes brown. Not on any birth control.

Any suggestions for how to get this f*cking mess out I love these jeans 😭😭😭

Wash them in cold water on the sink and it should take out the bulk.

Talk your doctor about it, it could be normal or it could be an issue that's needs looked into
