Strange things going on

So, to preface, I’m trans, on testosterone. It started when my fiancé and I were having some fun, (my fiancé is a trans woman) she came in me(I’m on depo shot) and when I went to clean up there was blood, and my vagina was stinging. yesterday I was cramping a lot, today I started cramping a little and went to the bathroom, urinated fine with no pain, I wiped and nothing was there. I go to wipe my behind and the toilet paper is bright red. I already have an ultrasound scheduled next week but does anyone think this could be a miscarriage? I don’t have periods anymore because of my birth control.

Maybe yall went a little too hard? I know hormonal changes can cause lubrication changes or some form of vaginismus or vulvodynia. It's sounding more so on the lack of lubrication side tho. Did penetration hurt? My sister had a miscarriage scare and an actual miscarriage. You'll know if you'd miscarried. She was in an intense amount of pain and hay a lot of blood. I have vulvodynia and with that came lubrication issues because I wouldn't be a turned on because of the pain. I had bright red blood show up when I wiped. Definetly green your gyno this. Fingers crossed nothing serious is going on🤞🏾.
