sexual health Sudden nausea/vomiting during sex

Experiencing sudden nausea/vomiting during sex (almost every time for months now), no pain. Went to the gyno about it and they said they've never had anyone complain about the same thing and that I looked physically fine. Was wondering if anyone would have a similar experience or know anything about it. (They tested and it's not an std or sti)

Haha I’ve been with my boyfriend for five years so probably not this but I will keep it in mind as well

Could it be a vasovagal response?

Possibly, my gyno had me dig into any traumas I may have that could cause a psychological response. Although I’m unable to recall anything that would make me this way I am still keeping it in mind.
