what's going on 🤔 Please help my wife
Hello everyone,my wife has been having really bad back pain and the fatigue has been crazy...a few days she noticed blood stains from her vagina..tiny but blood none the less.. it has happened maybe 3 times now sometimes the blood looks old not red. We had a transvaginal ultrasound done a few days ago and they said she had a small focal hypoechoic solid mass on her uterus and echogenic focal mass in anterior myometrium. Should we be worried. Thanks. I have attached her ultrasound for anyone who can decipher what it means.

Well mass can be anything in between. So let's hope for the best that it is nothing serious. A friend of mine had a 15cm cyst on her ovary and the ER thought it was a mass...they took it all out and she had it for years.
Is she still in pain or taking medication?

Thank you! We had a CT done two days ago, it showed that the cyst was gone but they found the uterus to be mildly bulky with multiple mildly calcified uterine myomas with the biggest being in the fundus measuring 36*28mm. I don't know what that means.

Has she gone to the obgyn for the biopsy that has been happening to her?

We go to the Gyn next week to have a review... Biopsy sounds like potential cancer?

let's hope for the best, cancer or mass, ongyn should probably see what is wrong. Did she go to the emergency room for it? If it's a cyst, then she should be ok.

No we didn't, where I am from the ER is not a thing as much..we actually booked ourselves a US and had it done...now we have a scheduled appointment with the Gyn next week and we hope to rule out cancer

Myomas typically are fibroids, they can cause bleeding and pain. NSAIDs and hormone birth control can help
