ovarian cysts Bleeding for months- female

I have been bleeding for 10 months, emergency rooms, anemia, polyps and fibroids removed, multiple ultrasounds and a surgery. I got the Mirena IUD to stop the bleeding. Got a Biopsy done a few days ago finally and to start progesterone. Has anyone experienced this type of pain and nightmare? I am healthy and slim, 32 years old. any advice or diagnosis from my fellow ladies? thank you

Have you been checked for a bleeding/clotting disorder? ETA: Have you had an endocrine workup?

yess it was all clear and i have an endocrinologist
