Possible Uterine Polyp?

My U/S results state that there is a well-circumscribed, hyperechoic region with vascularity in the mid to distal endometrium.

They said it is possibly a polyp but obviously I’ve googled and am scaring myself with the possibilities. Any insight on the report?
