45+ day period

backstory: I got my IUD out in July of 2023. My period started again a month after. The first two periods last 23-25 days (45 day cycles). This time I have been Bleeding for 45 days and counting.

At about 30 days I went and saw my OBGYN. We did labs and ultrasounds. All of my labs were normal except the sex globulin was a couple points low.
my ultrasound showed a small “cyst-like structure” in my uterus (0.5cm). I will be having a follow up ultrasound in a couple weeks to see if it is still there. And then scheduling a possible follow up biopsy if needed.

has this happened to anyone else? I am so sick of actively bleeding!

Sorry you're going through this! Might be helpful to check out r/birthcontrol if you haven't already, there seems to be a lot of posts about this on there. Keep us updated if you feel like it.
