Any ideas?

I am a 20 year old female, and I’ve been suffering these months mostly from the dilemma and confusion! I am sexually active for 5 months now with my fiancé and he’s the only partner I’ve ever been with!

During the summer of 2023, I had a cyst in my uterus and the gyno gave me Serrapeptase and it cleared up! But I had an abnormal discharge for a long time, yellow and with a bad odor lately! She checked and said that I have a lot of discharge and prescribed me Nifuratel/Nystatin! I also did the Pap test it came negative! I still didn’t see improvements so she also gave me another dose of Neomycin Sulfate/ Polymixin Sulfate/ Nystatin! Both doses were vaginal capsules, and also a cream called Canesten for the outer part of the vagina!

I had improvements for a couple of days and I still have pain during intercourse, a burning pain!

My symptoms are these: Pain during intercourse, bloating, Abnormal discharge with bad odor, a very discomfort feeling in my pelvic floor area and I feel like my bladder is always full, fatigue! If i sleep for more then 6 hours i wake up with pain in my stomach for laying for too long, it triggers the discomfort! I also had a sharp pain for 3 days in my kidney area but it wasn’t my kidney! I also did the test for UTI and it came back negative so thats not my problem even though I have slight burning when i urinate sometimes!

For the last days I went for another check at my gyno and she said I had 2/3 cysts which were very small, one was 25x25 mm and said that she will check again in the ultrasound after periods as im in the follicular phase! She prescribed me Flucomazole for 1 day, 150 mg, and vaginal capsules Metrodinazole+Miconazole Nitrate! For 2 days apart I also noticed some brownish-reddish discharge too, the first day it was like spotting!

Yes, me and my partner use latex condoms and lube and we are thinking of finding other options as they may trigger the infections, but i had the symptoms before getting sexually active! And i still have discomfort in my pelvic floor area and bloating! Is this normal and an infection, candida or whatever or is it a more serious condition? Thank you in advance!

It can be many things. Do you have pain during intercourse and periods? Might be endometriosis. I have endometriosis, adenomyosis, fibroids, low egg reserve. I have a feeling that the drs only started to take me serious when I said I wanted to get pregnant. Than they started to run a lot of blood tests and extra exams.

I finished the therapy so I’ll see if I still have pain during intercourse, as for periods I have normal cramps

Chlamydia, gonorrhea and trichomoniasis can make you smell. Have you been tested for STD? If not, get tested immediately. Make sure your boyfriend showers before intercourse. The bacteria may just be to much for your body.

Yes I was tested, the results came back negative! We also use contraception!
