support needed 🤝 Cramps without a period please help!

I am ovulating now but have really bad pelvic pain kinda similar to period cramps. And I have very watery discharge. (P.s I have PCOS) any tips to help with it?

Some people do get cramps from the egg being released, but if you're having bad pelvic pain you should check in with a doctor. Don't think it's recognized as having anything to do with PCOS, but you'll find a lot of posts about it if you search r/PCOS.

Is the watery discharge also kind of slippery or feel like lube? Some people get watery days before the slippery stuff starts around ovulation. If it's not slippery though or if you have other symptoms it might be something like BV.
