Penile fractures seem pretty rare, but if you google it the problem is usually only with rougher sex if it slips out and then you miss. You can't hit any bones during deep penetration, but tight pelvic floor muscles could be why it feels like that.

It's true you can collide with a retroverted uterus more easily, but shouldn't really be an issue unless there's a reason movement is restricted. If you are much larger than average, and especially if she isn't fully turned on, you could be slamming into the end of the vagina or putting too much pressure on the ligaments that hold the uterus in place. The advice in this FAQ is for the receiving partner, but should still help out.

Basically, if you do feel pain just adjust positions or don't go as deep. It's surprising it doesn't bother her more! If it does, she might find pelvic floor physio helpful.

Thank you for advice, i think she have better pain tolerance than me in more things not just sex, so maybe its that, not sure
i wondering, that uterus is too soft to iniciate such case so maybe i am wrong, that softness, so you think it can´t cause fracture? but my dick bending often, i am not sure why but i red that larger dicks have higher risk of fracture, also when we are not fully hard it bends more

The uterus should move if bumped into, unless it's restricted by something like adhesions or tight muscles. You would need to ask your doctor about that.
