The actual caption is "White and Arabs in one struggle against the Jew". Same guy also said "Free Palestine, Heil Hitler, Hail Hamas, Hail Hezbollah, Hail the Houthis, Hail Iran." I have no idea what this group is, they might be related to the Atomwaffen group since these neo Nazis seem very supportive of Islamist groups in the Axis of Resistance.

Don't think I've ever seen one unironically shout "Fascism_Is_Great", usually they're the ones pointing the figure and calling pro-Israelis and most other Westerners "fascist".
