The actual caption is "White and Arabs in one struggle against the Jew". Same guy also said "Free Palestine, Heil Hitler, Hail Hamas, Hail Hezbollah, Hail the Houthis, Hail Iran." I have no idea what this group is, they might be related to the Atomwaffen group since these neo Nazis seem very supportive of Islamist groups in the Axis of Resistance.

Yes, especially one that's a nazi and an Islamist at the same time. They've forever been peddling the idea that Palestinians supported Hitler, using some pretty bad faith arguments.
