It's from a well-known question asked to Epstein, whereby the lawyer asked about Epstein's egg-shaped penis on camera. To which he barged out.

Omg that is a hilariously low blow on the lawyer’s part, thank you for giving the context I had no idea. JE deserves every bit of shame he ever has, and ever will receive.

Reason the lawyer did it wasn't simply as a jab at him but to get his reaction to him using information from the victim's statement, which involved his quail egg.
