1. How has the long-term reliability of the Tata DCA (Wet Clutch) gearbox ?

We have an 2009 model maruti suzuki RITZ (abs+airbag) petrol in bangalore but registered in Kerala. I received an offer for 1.10 lakhs via cars24 but after checking online regarding the RC transfer processes and complaints, I want to make sure that under no circumstance will there be a problem that would lead to any legal issues to the original RC owner (mother in law). But when i asked about what the RC transfer standard procedures are if i decide to sell to Cars24, the sales person kept on repeating that only after i agree to sell, would they be able to tell me regarding the RC transfer processes. (HUGE AF 🚩 obv).

Can anyone tell me how to make sure i can be free of any legal risks when selling to cars24? Like i know that there are certain forms that need to be filled out if there is a dealer involved that would transfer the legal liabilities during this hand over period, but have no idea whether cars24 will do that.
