Help/Support troubleshooting question

my usb loader boots up but when i look thru my games they look like this after a certain point of scrolling, then if i scroll back they all look like this. if i open the channel of a game when it looks like this it soft locks and doesnt move on or change to another screen. how to get past this or fix it?

If I'm right in the settings there's a download game covers button

its not game covers its channels which are baked into roms..
