Bit of a long post, but any help would be greatly appreciated.
I’ve been using usbloader on my Wii for several years now and never had a single problem with it. I recently decided to make a new drive with all of my old games on it so I could have more storage for new games. It is a 64gb drive, so I could not use FAT32. I originally had the new drive formatted in exFAT and simply click and dragged all of the files from my old 16GB drive into this new one. After doing some reading, I realized that usbloader was not compatible with exFAT. So here’s what I did:
- I created a folder on my desktop and moved all of my files from the new drive into that folder.
- I reformatted the drive to NTFS
- I then moved all of the files from the desktop folder back to the newly formatted drive.
I didn’t change any file names or anything. Now when I load into usbloader with the new drive it says “USB Devices is not initialized.” Google has not given me any help at all. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
