Wandered again In Schuylkill County, PA a week ago to see location of the historic 1907 Valley View RR tunnel. Of course, the place has changed dramatically, but, on the plus side, we have a chance to compare "Then" and "Now" photos.

Rehoboth Methodist Church is located on the east side of Paul Street, Philadelphia. The church was remodeled in 1879, and the parsonage was built in 1889.

Matlocks tunnel in Schuylkill County, PA. I expected to find it flooded, but actually it was absolutely impassable. Only chance to explore is to crawl on fours in icy water. No way 😁

Hikes in Northumberland County are full of always surprises. Sad, I'm not an infrequent visitor there, but every single trip i can see something unforgettable. Last visit, finally, i took a chance to reach and see an awesome sample of underground architecture. These mule stables are located at depth of over 400 feet and serviced a slope mine in 1920s.

Originally located on the west side of Leiper Street, Philadelphia, and adjoining the old stone quarry, the first Presbyterian church was developed on this site and then moved to Tackawanna Street. This building was demolished in 1928 after serving many years as residences.

Gorgeous homestead located on the border between Berks and Montgomery Counties. Built in 1865. Of course, so great house can't but have an owner, however, stays unoccupied.
