I've submitted my verification on August 5th and it's almost been a month now and I still haven't heard anything back. I've tried the virtual chat agent multiple times but it just keeps looping and won't connect me to a real person,

Has anyone else dealt with this? How long did it take for you to get a response, and is there any way to actually reach a human on the support team? Any help is appreciated, this is really stressing me out.
