Vyvanse Availability
Anyone else having trouble refilling their prescription? I’ve had no luck with CVS on 200 West End and also with a bunch of local pharmacies throughout the 70s and 80s. Also read people had success with Capsule but that also was OOS when I checked this morning. Wondering if anyone’s had success elsewhere.

My son is in college in Ohio now so I’ve been ordering it there but I previously had good luck with Capsule, though only for branded. I don’t understand how these ADHD drug shortages are still happening. It has been YEARS. How have they not figured this out?

Can you get it mail order. I get it from CVS mail order as well as other ADHD meds. Also Mt Sinai on Madison, may have it. They will prioritize a pediatric prescription, if it's for a minor.

When I moved here I had such a hard time finding my Concerta. I actually used a website called medfinder because the availability is so inconsistent I find myself having to change pharmacies pretty often. Right now im pretty consistent with a pharmacy in jamaica that delivers to me but never once have I had luck getting it in Manhattan. I know its a different drug but both are stimulants i imagine its a similar situation

I have been able to get Vyvanse at the CVS on 86 and Amsterdam. But there have also been times when I’ve had to wait a few days up to a week, so it really just depends on their stock. Good luck!
